Returns & Refunds

Payment authorization and provider review
A temporary authorization may be placed on your payment method when you complete checkout. You are charged only if a licensed provider approves your prescription. If the prescription is not approved, the authorization is released and you are not charged. Your financial institution controls how quickly a released authorization disappears from your account.
Prescription products
Return and refund eligibility for prescription products depends on the order status, applicable law, pharmacy requirements, and whether fulfillment has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order. Do not mail medication back unless our support team or the dispensing pharmacy instructs you to do so.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, opened, compromised, or different from what was prescribed, do not use it. Contact support@a-list.com with your order information and, when relevant, photographs of the package and its contents so the issue can be reviewed.
App and digital subscriptions
Purchases made through Apple or Google may also be subject to that platform's refund and cancellation procedures. Web payments are handled under this policy. See our Terms of Service for information about subscription billing and cancellation.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on the payment provider and financial institution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
